KEPCO Art Center Remodeling 한전아트센터 공연장 리모델링
한전아트센터 리모델링 및 증축사업은 두가지 주안점을 두고 진행하였다. 첫째는 기존건물을 이용하면서 연기자와 스텝에게서 제기된 불편함을 정확히 파악하여 최적의 대안을 제시하는 것이며, 둘째는 공연장 이미지 상승이라는 한전의 요구사항을 반영하여, 기존 입면과 차별화된 새로운 입면 디자인을 제시하는 것이다. 공연장 리모델링과 로비상부 증축을 통해서 연기자의 연습실이 추가로 확보되었고, 여러동선의 개선이 이루어졌다. 또한 압도적이고 권위적인 입면을 벗어나 첨단을 지향하는 한전의 이미지를 반영하고자 하였고, 특히 증축부 입면은 연습실의 다양한 층고를 입면에 반영하여, 입면에 변화감을 주었다.
